Shipping

SHAMS ships to the following countries/regions:

France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Finland.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and are included in the total price of your order. As a general rule, we send all items using a reliable carrier. Depending on the country of delivery, please allow 3-14 calendar days for delivery once dispatch confirmation is received.

 

Please refer to the delivery confirmation email from our carrier for accurate information and package tracking reference. Identity verification may be carried out upon delivery.

 

You are invited to check the visual condition of the package and the product at the time of delivery. In the event of a problem (missing or damaged product), you must follow the procedure below applicable to the refusal of delivery.

 

If the package is damaged upon delivery, you can inform the carrier of the problem and refuse delivery. The carrier then retains the package. You are then contacted by SHAMS customer service as soon as possible to examine the refusal. If the transport-related problem is confirmed by SHAMS customer service, the order is canceled and you are reimbursed.

Return

We want your order to bring you complete satisfaction. Subject to certain exceptions described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept return of the product within 14 days of receipt. To return an item to us, please follow our returns procedure outlined below.

 

All products must be returned to us with the original receipt, in unused and new condition, with all of the original shipping and product packaging, protective materials and labels in the appropriate places.

We refuse any return if the product shows signs of handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product, or if it has been used or modified in any way from its initial state. , or if the period mentioned above and in a first paragraph.

 

The return is made from the country where the product was delivered.

 

To return a product to us, please follow our return procedure below:

 

- You must contact SHAMS by sending an e-mail to contact@shams.com, within 14 days of receiving the product,

​ - Our team will then ask you a few questions to make an initial assessment of the situation, taking into account the return conditions described in this article.

- Provided that this first evaluation confirms that the return conditions seem to be met, our team will send you by email the shipping address to be provided to the carrier you have used.

- You receive an email confirming receipt by SHAMS of the returned product,

- SHAMS verifies the condition of the product and, subject to compliance with the stated conditions, refunds you the full price.

 

We will refund the price paid for the product to you using the payment method you originally used, unless another method has been expressly agreed. We process the refund as soon as we receive the returned product.
