I bathed with my watch it no longer works, yet it is waterproof, can I make the warranty work?If your watch has taken on water, your warranty is void. Our watches are waterproof 5 bar, this means that they cannot be submerged. Our watches withstand a few splashes, a maximum shower.

How much is shipping ?Delivery is free, you won't have to pay anything.

How long does delivery take?The delivery time can vary between 3 and 14 days depending on your country of delivery.

What should I do if I haven't received my package after 15 days?If you have not received the package after 15 days of waiting, please contact us by email at contact@shams.com, after investigation with our carrier, we will resend the requested product or a refund according to your choice .

How long do I have to return an item?You have 14 days after receipt of the package to contact us and return the package to us.
